André Farber

SBS-EM and ULB are very sad to announce the loss of Professor André FARBER. He was a cornerstone of both SBS-EM and the ULB. Professor FARBER served twice as the President of the Solvay Business School. He was also the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Politics and Economics – Solvay Business School, just before becoming Vice-Rector of the ULB, for Strategy and Institutional Development.

Professor FARBER was particularly concerned with pedagogical quality and research. He was extremely appreciated by the students, and a real godfather to many of us. His contribution to the creation of the MBA Program and the International Exchange Program - among others - ensures that he will be remembered as an innovator and visionary leader.

We send our sincerest condolences to his family and loved ones.
