The Kurgan-van Hentenryk chair and the I3h Institute of Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) invite you to a conference on "AI and the future of European Frontier Research and Innovation in Health"

The 2024 Draghi Report worries about lagging relative European productivity in general. While stressing strengths in our health sector, it highlights risks in key (fast-growing) frontier subsectors. The conference could assess the extent to which AI, where Europe is significantly behind the US and China, will accelerate these fragilities, and what can be done about it.
